Karm Wahab is a licensed Architect who lives and works in Denver, Colorado.  He has 18 years architectural experience in restaurant, retail, office, residential, & mixed-use projects.

Karm practices architecture using sustainable materials and environmental design. In his design process he looks for new applications for common materials to achieve project specific results. His process also includes designing for efficient spaces and the end users desired experience.

Karm received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Iowa State University.
